Egg Lab -Brooke Dolan

This week in science we worked on an egg lab. My group was Brooke G, Charlie, and Christopher. We all worked together well and we split up the work. Charlie and Christopher worked on separating the egg whites, and Brooke and I worked on pouring the things into the test tubes, we took four test tubes filled with egg whites of an egg. Test tube one we filled a beaker of water and waited for it to boil on top of the Bunsen burner. We placed the test tube into the water and it cooked until it was hard. Then for test tube number two we put salt in it and it started to fizz and bubble a little. For number three and four we put in baking soda and lemon juice and if also fizzed, t more then he salt. This was one of my favorite labs using the eggs and everyday things. This is picture of the kind of colored eggs we used for the experiment.
